Partner and affiliate disclosure
TorqueLoads earns its income from dispatch fees: a percentage of the gross on loads our carriers choose to haul. We also work with a small number of partners whose products some carriers need. This page explains those relationships in plain words, so you know when we may be paid and why.
Our partners
| Partner | What they offer | What we may earn |
|---|---|---|
| RTS Financial | Freight factoring | We refer carriers who ask for a factoring quote and may be paid for referrals. |
| Vertical Identity | DOT drug and alcohol consortium (CDL carriers only) | We may earn a referral fee when a carrier enrolls through our link. |
| TruckClub | Truck warranty and breakdown protection plans (not insurance) | We may earn a referral fee when a carrier buys a plan through our link. |
What this means for you
- A referral fee never changes the price you pay the partner. You pay the same as you would going to them directly.
- We only place partner offers on pages where the product fits the reader. Drug testing offers appear only for CDL carriers, because non-CDL operations are not under the DOT testing rules.
- TruckClub plans are warranty and breakdown protection, not insurance, and we never describe them as insurance.
- Factoring is provided by RTS Financial, not by us. Any factoring agreement is between you and RTS Financial.
- You never need a partner product to use our dispatch service.
How partner links are marked
Partner links go through a short address on our site that starts with /go/ and are marked as sponsored for search engines. A short note with a link to this page sits next to each partner button. Partner prices we quote are taken from the partner's public pages and dated, because they can change.
When a partner offer appears
Partner offers sit on pages where readers are already dealing with the product: drug testing offers on DOT compliance pages for CDL carriers, factoring on factoring pages, and protection plans on pages about breakdown costs. They never appear inside repair steps or safety warnings.
Everyone else we mention
Our guides name parts makers, engine makers, truck makers, shops and agencies because readers need those names to find the right information. We receive nothing from any of them. Naming a brand in a guide is not an endorsement, and it does not mean they have reviewed or approved our content. If that ever changes, the relationship will be listed in the table above.
How we research and correct guides is covered in our editorial policy. If you think a page is unclear about a relationship, tell us through our contact page.
