Terms of use

These terms apply to your use of torqueloads.com, including its guides, reference charts, fault code pages, tools and forms, operated by TorqueLoads ("TorqueLoads", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. They are website terms only. If you become a dispatch customer, the dispatch service agreement we send you governs the service itself.

What we are and are not

TorqueLoads is a truck dispatch service for carriers running 26 ft box trucks and larger. We act as the carrier's dispatcher. We are not a freight broker, a motor carrier, a repair shop, a parts seller, an insurer or a lender.

We find and negotiate loads for carriers. The carrier decides every load. We bring the offer; the carrier says yes, counters or declines. On a yes, the broker sends the rate confirmation directly to the carrier, who reviews and signs it. We never sign a rate confirmation for a carrier and never commit a carrier to a load, and a carrier can decline any load.

Our service is for trucks with at least 26 ft of cargo space. This is a service requirement, not a safety claim about any vehicle.

No guarantee of loads or income

We do not guarantee any number of loads, any rate per mile, any weekly gross or any income. Freight markets change, and results depend on equipment, lanes, timing, authority age, broker approvals and many other factors. Examples on the site, including example weeks, loads and calculations, are labeled as examples and are illustrations, not promises.

Guides, specs and fault codes

Our guides, spec charts, fault code pages and checklists are general information. They are written carefully and cite sources such as federal regulations and published maker data where possible, but they cannot cover every truck, engine, model year or configuration.

  • Always follow the service manual and specifications from your vehicle, engine and component makers. Where our pages say "OEM spec", the maker's figure for your equipment is the one to use.
  • Use a qualified technician for safety-critical work, including brakes, steering, tires and wheels, fuel systems, electrical systems, air systems and anything involving hazardous materials.
  • Fault code descriptions are written in our own words and list possible causes, not a diagnosis. Some codes are proprietary to a maker and may mean different things on different engines.
  • Regulations change. Check the current rule from the agency before relying on any summary.

Nothing on the site is legal, tax, financial or engineering advice. Do not use information from the site to remove, disable or alter emissions equipment, which is illegal.

Tools and calculators

Our tools perform calculations with the inputs and assumptions you provide or that are shown as defaults. Results are estimates. Check the inputs and assumptions, and confirm important figures, such as legal limits, with the official source before relying on them. Tool inputs are stored only in your browser.

Partners and links

Some pages link to partners and other websites. We do not control those sites, and their own terms and policies apply. Some partner links may earn us a referral fee, as explained in our disclosure. Factoring is provided by our partner RTS Financial, not by us, and any factoring agreement is between you and RTS Financial.

Forms and communications

When you submit a form, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to share it for your company. Submitting an application or a quote request does not create a dispatch or factoring agreement. A dispatch relationship starts only when both sides agree to the dispatch service agreement, and factoring is arranged directly with RTS Financial.

By submitting a form, you agree that we may contact you about your request by phone, text or email, as described on the form. You can ask us to stop at any time. Message and data rates may apply to texts.

Accuracy of carrier information

When we work with brokers on your behalf, we rely on the information you give us about your authority, insurance, equipment and availability. Keep it current and tell us about changes, such as an insurance lapse, a change in equipment or a safety rating change, because brokers cannot tender loads to carriers whose records do not match.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Do not submit false information, attempt to break or overload the site, scrape it in a way that harms its operation, send spam through the forms, or try to access areas you are not allowed to access.

Content and ownership

The site's text, graphics, tools and design belong to us or our licensors. You may read, print and share pages for your own business use, with a link back to the original page. You may not copy substantial parts of the site, or republish it, without our written permission. Product names and trademarks mentioned belong to their owners and are used only to identify their products; their mention does not imply a partnership unless we say so.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, about the site and its content, including accuracy, completeness and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, guides or tools. If we are found liable for something related to the site, our total liability is limited to one hundred US dollars.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms. Our privacy policy explains how we handle information. Questions about these terms can go through our contact page.
